What a week it was for the three divisions for the Ignite Racing League. The JP Alfonzo GT3, the JoMo Media Street Stocks as well as Hot Rod Setup Cup Series. What are we waiting for? Let's dive right in!
First up was the JP Alfonzo GT3. This weeks race took place at the Long Beach Street circuit. Heat races were on the schedule for this week at the famed course. In heat one after making a big move going into turn one Giancarlo Schliemann would take over the top spot from JP Alfonzo and that is where the two would end up. Heat number two Daniel Ott dominate not with out a small incident where we saw the #66 machine get sideways into the one of the turns and tap the rear of the car into the wall. The #66 of Ott would go on to take home the heat win. On the drop of the green flag for the feature race which would be 30 minutes long the top two would miss turn one. That wouldn't be the only incident on the opening lap with the #333of Cantera going around after making contact going around the fountain. The battle up front would between Puig and Schliemann battling it out for the top spot. With 25 minutes remaining Schliemann had a big run going down the front stretch and moved to the inside of Puig going into turn one completing the pass and taking over the top spot. Giancarlo Schliemann would not look back in taking the victory. 2nd place would go to Jose Puig and Eduardo Aguiar rounding out the podium.

On Wednesday night the JoMo Media Street Stocks were back in action for week two of their season. With 28 cars entered this time around heat races were involved. Once the heat races finished it was time for the 50 lap race at the Hickory Motor Speedway. After some close competitive racing to close out the night it was the #4 of Connor James grabbing the victory for the second week in a row. Followed by Kyle Edgar and Treyten Lapcevich to round out the podium for week two. Next race up for the JoMo Media Street Stocks is the big track Nashville Fairgrounds on Dec,21.
The final race of the week goes to the Hot Rod Setup Cup Series with their trip to Michigan International Speedway for 35 laps of action. Out front early it was Lapcevich and Divenanzo running nose to tail. On lap four things would get dicey as they ran three wide as the car on the bottom would push up the track and the worst of it going to Kyle Edgar who would end up getting turned and being hit and spinning down the front stretch bringing out the caution for the first time. On the restart it was the #32 of Lapcevich would jump back out to the lead after the restart and pace the field. On lap 14 another caution broke out when the #11 of Nate Spinks moved down across the nose of the #12 of Ryden Lapcevich going for a spin and collecting the #07 of Jack Dixon. Under the Caution the teams would come down pit road and get some fuel and tires. On the restart Treyten would get a good jump and work his way back to the point. When the checkered flag flew it was the #32 of Treyten Lapcevich taking home the win with the #4 of Connor James finishing second and the #27 of Sam King rounding out the podium.
