Lisa has been lining up cars for the past couple of seasons at Flamboro Speedway. This season she ventures behind the wheel after taking ownership of a pure stock she won during a raffle at the end of 2023 season. Though Lisa is no stranger to racing as she comes from a family of racers this will be her first true competition behind the wheel of a race car. Lisa ran a "Powder Puff" race with the CVM's at the CNE when she was 16 as well as made one start in a Mini Stock for fun at Kawartha.
We asked Lisa how she was feeling heading into her first race. "I'm nervous going into my first race for sure, Jae (Pepin) has been coaching me so I feel a bit better". Lisa will be sharing the ride this summer with Canadian Vintage Modified drivers Jae and Maddux Pepin.
