This weekend the OSCAAR Modifieds head to Sauble Beach for their second race of the season. Coming off a fourth place finish in the opening round at Flamboro Speedway, Bryan is hunting for that top step on the podium. Heading into the second round we talked to Bryan about what he's looking forward to heading up to the beach.
Finishing fourth in the opening round can give a team a good base to work with and that is exactly what we're seeing from the Bryan and the Batty Motorsports team as they prepare for their first of two stops this summer to Sauble. Not satisfied with finishing fourth the team has been working hard on making sure the car is ready to go for the second round. " This weekend we have one goal. Go for heat wins and be there at the end of the features". Bryan said.
With a full season ahead that will see the series travel across the province we wanted to know what track Bryan was looking forward to getting to this season. " Delawares OSCAAR Nationals is definitely one we are looking forward too! Its just 30 minutes from home so it gives all our family and Supporters the opportunity to come watch".
After a rough couple of seasons battling mechanical gremlins Bryan is putting that behind him as he is looking to battle against the best modified drivers in the province. "We just want to work hard as hard as we can so we can make it onto the podium and even get ourselves into victory lane" Bryan continued, " The end goal of course it win the OSCAAR Championship at the end of the season at the Autumn Colours Classic at Peterborough Speedway, that would put a stamp on a great season".
Bryan would like to thank his sponsors for their support of his program in 2023.
