This week on the True North Racing Podcast Jon and Megan sit down and talk about the practice weekend that wasn't, as Flamboro and Sunset both had to cancel their weekend practices. Though they did cancel Sunday both tracks still held single car runs as teams prepare for opening night on May 4th. Megan talked about how close the MRC Racing stable is to getting back to the track for a new season bringing four cars this year to compete full time.
It was time for our GraphInk Design Studio Guest Segment featuring Zac Lynch, Zac is a second generation driver competing in the mini stock division at Brockville Ontario Speedway. Though when the 22 year old driver got into the sport he was crewing for his dad, uncle and cousin at Capital City Speedway. This season the driver of the #95 Landstorm Contracting, Strickland Tire, Buck Construction and JML Custom Services Dodge Neon will compete at Brockville Ontario Speedway and in the Eastern Ontario Mini Stocks Series for two races at Cornwall Motor Speedway.
Once we left Zac go Jon decided it was story time before the show ended and talked about an event that happened to him before having to head to Delaware Speedway one day in May 2010. It is sure to give you a good laugh.
